Why would I give clients a home maintenance workbook?

Because it is useful for the entire term, not just at renewal. Rate updates get deleted. A workbook with your name on it sits in a binder in their kitchen for years, and its final page is your contact card.

Is the content compliant?

The workbook and emails are educational home-maintenance and organization content. They contain no rates, no product recommendations, and no financial advice, and the kit carries a disclaimer saying so. Many brokerages still require marketing review, so the emails ship as editable text you can submit once for approval.

Can I edit the emails?

Yes. They arrive as plain, editable text with clearly marked placeholders. Change anything. They are written to sound like you on a good day, not like a marketing department.

What exactly do you need from me?

Name, brokerage, license title as you want it displayed, phone, email, website, and optionally a logo, a headshot, and a short tagline. Turnaround is same business day when your details arrive by 3 pm Pacific, next morning otherwise.

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment, one license, yours for as long as you practice. If you move brokerages, one rebrand is included in the first year. There is an optional Annual Refresh at $199 per year (updated workbook edition, refreshed email pack, one branding update), but the kit works forever without it.

What is the license, in plain terms?

Use the kit with your own clients and prospects, in any volume, digitally or printed. The only things you cannot do are resell it, give it to other brokers, or strip the Renewal Season attribution.
